jurisdictions

The complete list of states in which the company operates. The list you provide replaces the
current list. It must include the company's formation jurisdiction, or the new one if you also
pass formationJurisdiction. States with an active registered agent or active monitoring
service cannot be removed.

Date the company was formed, in YYYY-MM-DD format.

Employer Identification Number in the format xx-xxxxxxx.
